Privacy policy

In short: we count visits only with your consent; apart from that there are ordinary server logs and whatever you write to us.

Who is responsible for the data

The site c3s.pl is run jointly, under the name C3S — Clever Code Craft Studio, by two businesses. They are joint controllers of your data:

  • CZUJOWSKI.PL PRZEMYSŁAW CZUJOWSKI, ul. Kabaczkowa 5/20, 52-311 Wrocław, Poland, tax identification number (NIP) 6911725219;
  • CONSALDI ROMUALD KARKOSZKA, pl. Solny 17 lok. 1, 50-063 Wrocław, Poland, NIP 6912056714.

For anything concerning your data, write to przemyslaw@c3s.pl — it is our shared address for data matters. You may exercise your rights against either of us.

Visitor statistics — only with your consent

On your first visit we ask whether we may count it. Until you answer “Yes”, the site sends nothing to Google and stores no cookies.

  • What does the counting: Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited.
  • What is collected: a random identifier of your browser, which pages you open and how long you look at them, where you came from, your approximate location (country, city), your language, and the kind of device and browser; depending on the settings of the service, also whether you scroll to the end of a page and which links leading away from the site you click. We do not see your name, your email address or your full IP address.
  • Cookies: _ga and _ga_QVE3RVQCF0, kept for up to 2 years from your last visit. They hold the random identifier by which Google Analytics recognises the same browser on later visits.
  • Why: to know how many people visit the gallery and which parts of it are worth improving.
  • Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • How long: Google Analytics deletes the data tied to your browser’s identifier no later than 14 months after your last visit; aggregate figures, without identifiers, remain.
  • Advertising: switched off. We do not use the data for advertising or for personalising it.

Google may also process this data in the United States; Google LLC takes part in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw your consent at any time: the “Analytics consent” link in the footer of every page opens the same question, and answering “No” stops the counting and removes the Google Analytics cookies. Withdrawal works for the future: visits recorded earlier stay in the statistics until the end of the retention period. After a year we ask for your consent again.

When you write to us or call

The site itself sends nothing: the “Write to us” button under the form on the home page opens your own email program. When you write or call, we process what you give us — your email address, phone number and the content of your message — in order to reply and to prepare an initial proposal or an estimate (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Giving us this data is voluntary; without it we cannot reply. We keep it for as long as the conversation and the co-operation last, and afterwards for as long as the law requires or claims may arise.

What your browser stores

Apart from the statistics cookies (with consent), the site keeps two pieces of information in your browser’s storage. Neither reaches us:

  • c3s-statystyki — your answer to the question about statistics and the day you gave it, so that we do not ask on every visit;
  • c3s-glos — whether the narrator’s voice is on or off.

You can also limit or switch off cookies and site storage in your browser’s settings. The site hosts its own typefaces and images — it does not fetch them from anyone else’s servers.

The server

The server that hosts the site records what every server records: the IP address, the time, the address of the page opened and the kind of browser. The logs are kept by the hosting provider, Kru.pl sp. z o.o. of Kraków, Poland, and are used to keep the site running and secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). How long they are kept is set by the hosting provider.

Who receives the data

Those without whom the site and our email would not work: the hosting provider (Kru.pl sp. z o.o., Kraków), the email provider and — with your consent — Google, for the statistics. We do not sell data, build profiles or make automated decisions.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, for its correction, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, and you may object to processing and withdraw your consent. A message to przemyslaw@c3s.pl is enough. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (UODO, ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warszawa) or with the authority of the country where you live.

Changes

When what the site collects changes, we will change this text. Version of 13 October 2026.
